1. Are you (or is your child) currently committed to the DC Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS)?
If yes, you (or your child) might be eligible. Please continue to the next question.
If no, we’re sorry, but you are not (or your child is not) eligible to become a mentee with Mentoring Today. Please visit the National Mentoring Partnership to find other mentoring services.
2. Are you (or is your child) currently a resident of New Beginnings Youth Development Center?
If yes, you (or your child) might be eligible. Please continue to the next question.
If no, we’re sorry, but you are not (or your child is not) eligible to become a mentee with Mentoring Today. Please contact your (or your child’s) DYRS case manager to learn about other mentoring services for young people committed to DYRS.
3. Are you (or is your child) at least 16 years old?
If yes, you (or your child) might be eligible. Please contact Whitney Louchheim at whitney@mentoringtoday.org or (202) 678-9003 to find out when Mentoring Today is accepting its next class of mentees.
